D/s Policies

By submitting your application and verification photos, you acknowledge and agree that this acts as your electronic signature and consent to my Application, Consent, and Liability Waiver, as well as all policies listed on this website.

Any violation of these D/s Policies may result in immediate termination of the D/s dynamic, without refund or further obligation.​

​1. Client Eligibility & Application Policy

Legal Acknowledgment & Consent
​
By submitting your application and verification photos, you acknowledge and agree that this acts as your electronic signature and consent to my Application, Consent, and Liability Waiver, as well as all policies listed on this website.
Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.


You also acknowledge that your application may be denied and/or your D/s dynamic may be terminated without recourse to harassment, undue inquiry, or reapplication, unless expressly invited.
If your application is denied or our D/s dynamic is terminated, any further contact (including harassment, unsolicited messages, or attempts to appeal the decision) will result in immediate blacklisting and may result in legal action in accordance with applicable laws.

Application Review Process
  • Applications are reviewed 1–2 times per week.
  • If approved, you will be contacted via WhatsApp only using the number you provided.
  • If you do not receive a response within that timeframe, your application has been denied.
  • Due to volume, no explanations are provided.
  • It is your responsibility to review the denial reasons before applying or reapplying.

Automatic Denial Reasons (Read Carefully)
Your application will be automatically denied if any of the following apply:
  • You cannot communicate via WhatsApp (I do not use social media DMs or email)
  • You cannot send tribute via CashApp
  • You request a session the same day you apply
  • Your location does not align with tour dates
  • You have been blacklisted by another facility, dungeon, or Dominatrix
  • You do not follow directions on the application
  • You rush, pressure, or show impatience with the process
  • You request escort-style services (GFE, oral, intercourse, etc.)
  • You refuse the required video interview
  • Your verification photo does not match you on video
  • You fail to follow protocol
  • You cannot respect my hard limits

Resubmission RulesWhether you may reapply depends on why your application was denied.
Some denials are permanent and result in blacklisting and ineligibility for future applications.

2. ​Hard Limits & Professional Boundaries

Professional Identity
I am a Pro-Domme, not an escort.
You will address me only as Domina Gray, Domina, or Ma’am.
Disrespect, boundary testing, or using the wrong name as a “brat tactic” will result in immediate termination of our D/s dynamic.

Non-Negotiable Hard Limits
These are not negotiable:
  • No brats
  • No scat, blood, or bodily fluids
  • No fart requests
  • No girlfriend experience (kissing, cuddling, biting, etc.)
  • No oral sex (giving or receiving)
  • No sexual intercourse
  • No switching roles
If you are unwilling to respect these limits, do not apply.

Conduct & Respect
My space is for clients who are respectful, direct, and serious.
Boundary pushing, manipulation, or ignoring policies will result in termination and blacklisting.

3. ​Safety, Consent & Legal Compliance​

​Safety & Law
At no time will any activity occur that:
  • Is not fully consented to
  • Is unlawful, regardless of consent
  • Results in serious harm, including but not limited to:
    • Death
    • Broken bones
    • Loss of body parts or organs
    • Serious disfigurement or permanent injury
    • Internal bleeding or loss of consciousness
    • Permanent damage to health
Safety, legality, and informed consent are non-negotiable.

Necessary Declarations
By applying and participating, both parties acknowledge that they:
  • Are at least 21 years of age or the legal age of consent
  • Enter into this agreement of their own free will
  • Are physically and mentally competent
  • Are not under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or medication at the time of agreement
  • Will not engage in any unlawful acts

Confidentiality
All sessions, agreements, and activities are strictly confidential unless both parties explicitly agree otherwise.

​4. Communication, Boundaries & Scope of Session

Your Application Is the Agreement
Your session is built only on what you submit in your application and what we discuss and approve in advance.
  • If it is not on your application and not approved beforehand, it will not happen.
  • Same-day changes, escalations, or additions will be declined.
This protects your safety, my safety, and the integrity of consent.

Changing or Expanding Your BoundariesIf you want to:
  • Explore new activities
  • Increase intensity
  • Add new kinks or fetishes
You must update and resubmit your application and discuss it before booking or before your next session.
Consent is intentional, not impulsive.

“That’s Not What I Expected”This is not a valid complaint if:
  • You did not communicate it clearly
  • You did not include it in your application
  • You assumed instead of confirming
  • You asked last-minute for something new
Your session is based on what was submitted, discussed, and agreed to in advance.

Communication Responsibility
  • It is your responsibility to use the correct contact method.
  • If it is not in writing from you, it does not exist in your session plan.
  • Interest in equipment does not automatically mean it fits your kinks or session scope.

Consent & Legal Reality
I will not perform activities that:
  • Were not disclosed
  • Were not agreed to
  • Were not reviewed in advance
  • Were not consented to through the proper process
This protects you. It protects me. And it keeps sessions ethical and professional.

5. Time, Scheduling & Client Termination Policy

The Value of Time
My time is my most limited and valuable resource. I run multiple businesses, create content, build custom equipment, and prepare sessions in advance.

Time-wasting is the number one reason clients are terminated.

What Counts as Time-Wasting
This includes, but is not limited to:
  • Failing to send a deposit the same day you request a booking
  • Arguing because you “intended” to book but didn’t pay
  • Endless back-and-forth without taking action
  • Expecting sexting, casual chatting, or ongoing messaging
  • Saying you want to book, then stalling or disappearing

How Scheduling Works
  • Deposits are required to secure a session
  • No deposit = no reserved slot
  • I may hold a spot until the end of the day as a courtesy
  • The first person to submit a deposit gets the session

Termination of the D/s Dynamic
If you waste my time, ignore policies, or disrespect boundaries, I reserve the right to immediately terminate our D/s dynamic.

If this happens:
  • You will receive a link to this policy
  • You will be blocked and blacklisted
  • Your information will be kept on file
  • I may inform collaborators that you are not welcome in my space
  • No further discussion will occur

6. Session Booking, Deposit & Cancellation Policy

Deposits & Booking Confirmation
  • A deposit is required the same day you book
  • You have until end of day to submit it
  • If not received, your appointment is automatically canceled
  • I do not send reminders
  • No deposit = no confirmed session

Cancellation & Rescheduling
  • You must cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance
  • Any cancellation within 48 hours = deposit forfeited
  • Same-day cancellations and no-shows = deposit forfeited
  • No exceptions for work, travel, anxiety, fatigue, or personal reasons

Rebooking Window
  • IF you canceled at least 48 hours in advance, You must reschedule within 14 days 
  • If you do not, your deposit is permanently forfeited
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability

Health & Illness Exception (Only Exception)
Because I work in close physical proximity and with vulnerable clients:
  • The only exception is documented illness
  • You must provide:
    • Positive COVID test, or
    • Positive flu test, or
    • Doctor’s note stating you are contagious or medically unfit
If valid proof is provided:
  • Your deposit is held
  • You may reschedule once within 14 days
Without documentation:
  • It is treated as a late cancel/no-show
  • Your deposit is forfeited
This does not apply to:
  • Anxiety
  • Fatigue
  • Work or schedule conflicts
  • Transportation issues
  • “Not feeling up to it”
  • Any non-medical reason

Refund Policy & Client Relationship
  • All deposits are non-refundable
  • No refunds under any circumstances
  • Rescheduling only, per policy
  • Any request for a refund results in immediate termination and loss of future booking privileges

Final Terms
  • These policies are strictly enforced
  • Booking or applying = agreement to all terms
  • No exceptions will be made outside what is written here
