Session Booking, Deposit & Cancellation Policies
Because my sessions require advance preparation, planning, and material setup, the following policies are strictly enforced. These policies exist to protect my time, my business, and the health and safety of all clients. By booking a session with me, you agree to all terms below.
⚠️ Deposits & Booking Confirmation
A deposit is required the same day you book your session.
You have until the end of that day to submit your deposit.
If the deposit is not received by the end of the day, your appointment will be automatically canceled and removed from my schedule.
I do not send reminders for unpaid deposits.
No deposit = no confirmed session.
⚠️ Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
You must cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled session.
Any cancellation within 48 hours of your session results in forfeiture of your deposit.
Same-day cancellations and no-shows result in automatic forfeiture of your deposit.
No exceptions are made for scheduling conflicts, work issues, travel issues, anxiety, fatigue, or personal emergencies.
⚠️ Rebooking
You must cancel at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled session.
You are required to reschedule within 14 days of your canceled session.
If you do not reschedule within 14 days, your deposit is permanently forfeited.
Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be completed within that window.
Health & Illness Exception (Only Exception to the 48-Hour Rule)Because I work in close physical proximity with clients and also have patients who are immunocompromised or recovering from surgery, health and safety are non-negotiable.
The only exception to the 48-hour cancellation policy is documented illness.
To qualify, you must provide verifiable proof of:
A positive COVID test, or
A positive flu test, or
A doctor’s note confirming you are contagious or medically unfit to attend.
If valid documentation is provided:
Your deposit will be held, and
You may reschedule once within 14 days.
If no documentation is provided:
The cancellation is treated as a late cancellation or no-show, and
Your deposit is forfeited in full.
This exception does not apply to:
Anxiety
Fatigue
Work or schedule conflicts
Transportation issues
“Not feeling up to it”
Any non-medical reason
⚠️ Refund Policy & Client Relationship
All deposits are non-refundable.
I do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
I allow rescheduling only, in accordance with the policies above.
Any request for a refund will result in immediate termination of our D/s dynamic and future booking privileges.

These policies are strictly enforced.
They exist to protect my time, preparation, health, and business.
By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree to all terms above.
No exceptions will be made outside of what is written here.
