About This Test

I designed The BDSM Love Language Self-Discovery Test to help deepen connection that creates trust, ignites chemistry, and builds rituals that make power exchange feel deliciously personal.

Inspired by the five classic love languages, this version is tailored for Dominants and submissives who want to understand how they give, receive, and crave love within a D|S dynamic.

Each love language includes five questions, split into two columns: one for submissives, and one for Dominants.

Originally on my podcast I mentioned to fill out both sides whether you're a sub or dom. But, I updated the questions so now you only need to fill out one side and your partner will fill out the other.

Score each statement from 1 (Strongly Disagree) to 5 (Strongly Agree), total each column, then swap and compare. This isn’t about boxing yourself in — it’s a sexy, thoughtful way to open dialogue, explore desires, and co-create a dynamic that leaves you both deeply satisfied.
