Proper preparation ensures comfort, confidence, and respect for the session space. Follow these instructions carefully.

Preparing for Anal Play
It’s not just about toys and lube — it starts with your body. From nutrition to cleansing, what you do before makes all the difference in how your experience feels.

I’m not just pulling this from thin air — I’m an exercise therapist and certified nutrition coach, so the tips I share are based on real expertise. Think of this as professional guidance with a kinky twist.

Important Notes for Clients
PRACTICE THIS THE WEEK BEFORE YOUR SESSION!
  • Begin 2–3 hours before your appointment.
  • Do not start 30 minutes before leaving — rushing causes incomplete evacuation and discomfort.
  • This is about hygiene, not medical cleansing.
  • Your body is not meant to be completely sterile.
  • Perfection is unrealistic — effort and proper prep are what matter.

Supplies Needed:

  • Meta-Mucil Supplment Click > (Pills) or (Drink powder)
  • Reusable enema bulb (Click here for example)
  • Lukewarm/body temperature water ONLY! (NO medicated or fancy solutions!)
  • Water-based lubricant (water and silicon/oil don't mix and will make the process harder)
  • Towel to lay on and toilet access

1. The Day Before:
  • Avoid greasy and fried foods.
  • Eat lighter meals; take Metamucil 2–3 times a day with main meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner)
  • Stay hydrated (water + electrolytes). (Click here for my favorite keto friendly & sugar free electrolyte powder)
  • Avoid excessive alcohol.
  • Trim or shave around the area to reduce discomfort. Hair can be pushed inside you or ripped out during play time. (this can also cause burning and bleeding from chafing)

2. Timing:
  • Last meal: 6–7 PM prior night.
  • Start 2–3 hours before the session.

3. Practice:
  • Test this protocol a week prior.
  • If you have loose stools, start Metamucil days earlier.

4. The Enema Process:
  • I recommend, FAST or after a light breakfast (oatmeal or rasinebrand cereal, –no meat products) . Use the restroom naturally with first bowl movement of the day.
  • After a natural movement, fill with lukewarm water.

  1. Lubricate the nozzle generously.
  2. Insert gently while lying on your left side or in a squat.
  3. Slowly release the water. Hold for 30–60 seconds (Expect discomfort: mild cramps or urgency are normal. Stop if dizzy or bleeding.).
  4. Release fully into the toilet.
  5. Repeat as needed.

⚠️ Most people only need 1–3 rounds. Overdoing it can irritate the rectal lining.
Do not overfill yourself. Using too much water or forcing it too quickly can push water higher into the colon than necessary. If this happens, it may take longer to release and can result in unexpected discharge later. More water does not mean cleaner. The goal is light rectal cleansing — not a deep flush.

5. After Preparation:
  • Wait 30–60 minutes after your final round to ensure everything has settled.
  • Shower. (Practice in the shower with a toy to make sure nothing else realeses)
  • DO NOT EAT until after session.

6. Lube Syringes & Toys:
  • If you bring a lube syringe, clean it: soap, water, alcohol, fully dry.
  • Toys must also be thoroughly cleaned. Store them in a sealed bag (e.g. XL ziplock) for hygiene.

Important Medical Disclaimer:
If you have:
  • Hemorrhoids
  • Anal fissures
  • IBS
  • Crohn’s disease
  • Recent rectal surgery
  • Any gastrointestinal condition
Consult a medical professional before performing enemas.
This is hygiene preparation — not medical cleansing. The body is not meant to be sterile. Reasonable effort and proper timing are what matter.

A Space for Passion, Learning, and Growth

    Welcome, My Hyper-Sexual Being!

For years, I hesitated to start this blog, held back by the fear that I wouldn’t be able to articulate my thoughts "perfectly." You see, when I was in the 3rd grade, I was diagnosed with OCD, ADD, dyslexia, and a reading disability, which landed me in special education. Writing has never come easily to me, but that’s never stopped me from pursuing my passions.

This blog is my way of sharing my knowledge, creativity, and experiences with the world—flaws and all. My articles may not be polished to perfection, but they are real, and they come from a place of deep passion and dedication to my craft.

If you’ve ever felt like your learning challenges define you or hold you back, let me be proof that they don’t. Your voice, your ideas, and your work matter. I hope my journey inspires you to embrace your own, no matter what obstacles you face.

Thanks for being here—I can’t wait to share this space with you!

    With Love & Dedication,
    Domina Gray
